参数调整
Parameter adjustment
1.按住SET键不放，3~5秒钟后脉冲喷吹控制仪显示"00",开始进入设定状态；
2、 按一下SET键，脉冲喷吹控制仪显示为"1",此时进入脉冲输出路数调整状态；
3、 然后，再按一下SET键则显示"xx"(如"06"为输出6路)，此时按▲键可增加输出路数，按▼键则减少输 出路数；
4、 调整完输出路数后，再按一下SET縫，脉冲喷吹控制仪显示为"2",此时进入脉冲间隔调整状态；
5、 然后，再按一下SET键则显示"xx”(如"07"为脉冲间隔为7秒)，此时每按一次▲脉冲间隔就増加一秒； 每按一次▼键，脉冲间隔就减少一秒；
6,设定完脉冲间隔后，按一下SET键，脉冲喷吹控制仪显示为"3",此时进入脉冲宽度调整状态；
7.然后，再按一次SET键则显示为"XX",当前脉冲宽度为显示数xxlOms ,此时，每按一次厶，脉冲宽度增加 10ms ;每按一次▼键，脉冲宽度减少10ms ;
8,以上参数调整好后，按SET键，显示为"4",再按一次SET键，显示"01",脉冲喷吹控制仪从第一路开始循 环工作，参数调整结束。
9,在运行过程中，按RESET键,喷吹控制仪将显示"01”,且从第一路开始工作。
10.在运行过程中，按一下PAUSE键,将暂停喷吹仪工作，再按一次PAUSE键，脉冲喷吹仪继续工作。该功能可 以步进检测每一路脉冲电磁阀是否工作正常。

注意事项
1、 产品在运输过程中，不可倒置、雨淋、碰撞及击打。
2、 到货后请按装箱单进行清查，若有遗失请及时向我方反映。
3、 本机经过简单安装后即可使用，将吸尘管套入吸口，另一端连接不锈钢直管，管口插入吸头，用随机配备 的铁箍将其扣紧。
4、 使用前请先检查各部位螺钉松紧、滤袋滤芯是否完好，电器元件是否正常，然后才可开机。
5、 配用滤尘袋的吸尘器，不可吸取易潮解，颗粒太细的介质物，否则容易堵死滤眼，使吸力变小，影响吸尘 效果并可能损坏滤袋。
6、 吸管在有静电的环境中使用时，可将靠近吸口一端的内嵌钢丝拉出一点，使其直接与吸口相连，直接导走 可能产生的静电。
7、 使用过程中若岀现吸力变小，请将滤清器拆下用压缩空气进行反吹，对滤袋进行清洗。在安装滤袋的时 候，一定要扎紧下边的袋口，否则介质物可能被吸入电机或损坏滤清器。
8、 电器内安装有过载保护装置，出现过载停机后，请先关掉电源，查明过载原因后再开机使用。
9、 吸收的颗粒介质粒度在0,1mm以下时，请经常对滤袋及滤清器进行清洁清理。
10、 本机可长时间连续工作，但为延长使用寿命，应尽量缩短连续工作时间。

7.If the suction decreases during use. remove the filter blow it back with compressed air to clean the filter bag. When installing the filter bag, be sure to tighten the lower pocket, the media may be sucked into the mot damage the filter.
8.Install overload protection device in the electrical appliance. After overload shutdown, please turn off the power supply first, find out the overload reason then start the machine.
9.When the particle size of the absbed medium is less than 0.1 mm, please clean the filter bag filter frequently.
10.This machine can wk continuously f a longtime, but in der to prolong the service life, it should shten the continuous wking time as far as possible.

在抛光、切割、打磨、粉碎、焚烧（燃烧）、等工业生产过程中，产生碎屑、烟雾、或者粉尘等微细颗粒物，通过除尘设备把这些微细颗粒物从气体中分离出来的过程为工业除尘的过程。
